LDX MC was founded on the 1st of June 2005 by a few ex members of other Costa Rican motorcycle clubs and a couple of their Harley riding friends.

Our name "LOS DE XIBALBA" refers to Xibalba, the Mayan underworld, in a very real sense, as mentioned in the Mayan Book, the Popol Vuh. We refer to the Mayan culture out of respect for the local cultures of Central America and Costa Rica, even though the Mayans never had much influence in Costa Rica as this was pretty much the far Southern border of their empire.

We are a group of tight friends who ride Harley Davidson’s together, party together and stick together no matter what happens. A few of the Club Members also play in a rock band together, The Known Associates, which is another real good excuse to party. We organize events, we go on national and international rides, we support other club’s events, promote and help motorcycle riding and other Costa Rican MC's, but we also roll with our own style.

We are friends to any and all clubs that reside in Costa Rica or travel to see this great country. Brotherhood is an essential part of what we stand for. We have an open door policy for ALL clubs and we try to be good hosts to everyone we come across. We will reach out and help out our brother bikers where and whenever we can. We respect everyone who respects us.

We are definitely not your typical family orientated Sunday riding club. We ride because we live for it! We can blow an entire day cruising, talking about bikes and smokin chicks … all while suckin down a few (or many many) local beers.

El nombre LOS DE XIBALBA se refiere al XIBALBA el inframundo Maya -en todo su sentido- como se menciona en el Libro Maya, Popol vuh. Nos referimos a la cultura Maya en respeto a las culturas de Centro América y Costa Rica, a pesar que los Mayas nunca tuvieron mucha influencia en Costa Rica, al estar mas o menos alejado a la frontera Sur del imperio

Somos un grupo de amigos muy cercanos que manejamos Harley Davidson juntos, andamos de fiesta juntos, y permanecemos juntos sin importar lo que pase. Algunos miembros del club también tocan en una banda de rok, The Known Associates, que es otra muy buena escusa para fiestar.

Organizamos eventos, vamos en nacionales y internacionales rides, apoyamos eventos de otros clubes, ayudamos y promovemos el uso de motocicletas y otros Clubes (MC) de Costa Rica, pero tenemos nuestro propio estilo.

Somos amigos de cualquier y todos los clubes de Costa Rica o viajen para ver este magnifico País. La Hermandad es parte esencial de lo que representamos. Tenemos una política de puertas abiertas para Todos clubes y tratamos de ser buenos anfitriones con todas las personas que nos encontremos. Queremos llegar y ayudar a a nuestros hermanos motociclistas donde y cuando podamos. Respetamos todo aquel que nos respete.

Definitivamente no somos el típico club Familiar de Domingo. Manejamos porque vivimos para esto! Podemos matar un día entero manejando, hablando de Motos y de chicas espectaculares. todo esto mientras disfrutamos de unas cuantas Cervezas locales

Our clubhouse is located in the back of a 1.5 acre lot in Santa Ana. On that same lot one of our members owns and operates Motor Psychos Bar & Grill and another owns and operates Psycho Choppers – Custom Motorcycle builder and HD Shop. (Some of us actually do work for a living).


Anyone can join our club, Tico or foreigner (if you actually live here), rich or poor. You need to ride a Harley and must bring a good attitude. It’s all about commitment to the club, the members and the brotherhood that goes with all of it.

Come hang out with us for a while, show us that you are willing to make a serious commitment to our club and get to know what we are all about. You may find it’s exactly what you have been looking for!

We do have a prospect system, one that is based on respect and commitment. If you are interested, show up at the bar, shop or one of our events and feel free to bring it up with any of our members.

Nuestra Casa Club esta localizada en Santa Ana en la parte trasera de de un lote de 1.5 acres en el mismo lote uno de nuestros miembros posee y opera Motor Psychos Bar & Grill y otro posee y opera Psychos Choppers – Construcción de motocicletas a la medida y tienda HD. (algunos de nosotros realmente trabajamos para ganarnos la vida)


Cualquier persona puede unirse a nuestro Club, Tico o extranjero (si realmente vive aquí), rico o pobre. Necesitas manejar una Harley y debe traer una buena actitud. Es todo sobre compromiso con el Club, los miembros y la hermandad y todo lo que esto conlleva.

Venga salga con nosotros por algún tiempo, demuestre nos que esta dispuesto a hacer un compromiso serio con nuestro Club y llegue a conocer todo acerca de nosotros, tal ves encuentre que esto es exactamente lo que has estado buscando.
